Acted for an overseas producer and exporter of mining consumables in seeking judicial review of a decision by the Anti-Dumping Commission and the Minister for Industry, Innovation, and Science in the Federal Court of Australia.
The matter involved the application of provisions of the Customs Act 1901 (Cth) and a review of legal errors under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cth). We continued to act on appeal to the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia, and in an oral hearing for a special leave application to the High Court of Australia.
