National IT project management consultancy

Acted for a large national IT project management consultancy in a complex and business-critical contract dispute involving its sub-contractors, as well as government customers. The claim was brought in the Supreme Court of Victoria and included an urgent injunction application. The matter was settled in our client’s favour following strategic negotiation and management of the overall dispute, together with several sub-disputes.
