Advised L3 Harris, an American technology company, defence contractor, and information technology services provider, in their response to Airservices Australia’s telecommunications and network services tender for the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).
Once the company became preferred respondent, we assisted with negotiation of the conditions of contract, based on their tender response. The company was awarded the initial planning and design phase of the potential $343 million (USD), 10-year agreement to modernise Airservices Australia’s enterprise-wide telecommunications network.
