Advised sports event management company Pont3 Pty Ltd on the Sydney Marathon's candidacy and subsequent admittance into the prestigious Abbott World Marathon Majors series. Sydney is now one of seven hosts of landmark marathons, alongside London, New York, Boston, Chicago, Berlin and Tokyo. And Australia is now on the global stage of this elite world tour. 

The Moulis Legal team of Shaun Creighton, Lucinda Watson and Yunjin Lee was there at the start, for the Sydney Marathon’s admission into program, there at midnight on the Sunday prior to the announcement, for last minute intercontinental contract negotiations, and there at the many points in between where legal advice and practical solutions kept things moving forward.
