Anna Jordan is a graduate lawyer in the Commercial International team at Moulis Legal’s Canberra Office.
At Moulis Legal, Anna assists in matters involving sanctions advice, export and import regulations, and WTO-based trade measures. Her work also includes assisting Australian and multinational companies in sectors such as steel, electrical and aluminium, to navigate anti-dumping frameworks in Australian and foreign jurisdictions.
Anna has a particular interest in the intersection of emerging technologies and international trade law, and has not-for-profit experience in researching domestic and international regulatory frameworks of AI and technology.
Anna previously worked as a paralegal at Moulis Legal while completing a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University. In this role, she obtained hands-on experience in preparing submissions to the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission while gaining exposure across other practice areas, such as commercial property law and intellectual property law.
Having studied international law in Grenoble, France during an overseas stint, Anna also has working fluency in French, a skill that is complementary to a practice area that has an international focus.
