Alistair has been with Moulis Legal since 2010 and is the manager of our Melbourne office. Since that time he has worked for some of the largest multinational companies in the world. Alistair specialises in international trade law matters, and navigates the complexity of major trade, commercial, cross-border matters, and trade-related Federal Court litigation with skill.
Alistair’s abilities have been recognised by Chambers & Partners, The Australian and the Journal of Export Controls and Sanctions. Alistair has ranked as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in five of the past six years.
Emily is a respected member of our dispute resolution team. Emily’s expertise ranges from complex contractual litigation disputes to judicial reviews of trade law bodies. She has been involved in legal proceedings in multiple Australian jurisdictions as well as responding to and managing regulatory matters. She has spent time in Beijing, Nanjing and Shanghai with the Confucius Institute to deepen her understanding of Chinese language, culture and business practices. Her clients are assured that their commercial interests are always at the forefront of her advice.
