Moulis Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Fearon as special counsel in the firm’s Brisbane office.

Previously a partner of top 100 UK law firm Thrings LLP, Graeme will supercharge Moulis Legal’s IP and data privacy capability through his strong experience in commercialising intellectual property, protecting data and privacy, and technology contracting.

Partner Director Daniel Moulis says Graeme’s network and expertise perfectly reflects Moulis Legal’s philosophy of engaging with clients in cutting-edge commercial and international matters.

The legal experience and knowledge Graeme brings to our firm is first-rate. Graeme is regularly ranked as a Legal 500 “Leading Individual”. The world-leading Chambers Guide acknowledges Graeme’s first-class service levels and excellent reputation. The knowledge required to operate in the technically complex field of data management and intellectual property rights is not gained overnight. Graeme really knows his stuff. We are thrilled to be able to introduce such a highly regarded professional to our clients.

Over his 25 years of legal practice Graeme has helped major corporations operating across Europe and internationally to manage their global licensing rights, data protection compliance, and information technology contracting requirements.

Commenting on his appointment, Graeme said:

Moulis Legal has an exceptional reputation, recognised at a global level, for forward-thinking and high service levels. My new colleagues have proved themselves in the handling of major government investigation defence, complex negotiations and transactional work, and legal-controversy representation. They are known for delivering quality results.
For me, it’s the perfect fit. Moulis Legal is a tight-knit, highly personal organisation. I’m honoured to be joining a team of passionate lawyers who work extremely hard for their clients not only in Queensland and nationally, but also across the world.
