The Australian Capital Territory Government has published our review of gas laws and legal frameworks for Canberra’s uptake of hydrogen energy. The report was commissioned by the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate to assist in meeting the government’s policy objective of zero net emissions by 2045, and to achieve the National Federation Reform Council goal of a nationally consistent, commercially sound framework for the introduction of hydrogen gas into Australia’s energy industry and markets.
