This week, Moulis Legal Associate Alistair Bridges speaks with Crown Resort’s Alicia Gleeson about the future of diversity in Australian workplaces.

Alicia Gleeson is the Executive General Manager of Human Resources for Crown Resorts and she oversees the people strategy and personnel management at Crown Resorts. Alicia has worked in human resources and employment services in both the public and private sectors, and has been with Crown Resorts for the last 16 years. In her time at Crown Resorts, she has seen, and been directly responsible for, the implementation and operation of a wide range of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
