It is our mission to deliver legal services at the highest level, on a personal basis, and with understanding and commitment. We are careful in our acceptance of instructions so that we can be sure of our ability to effectively and directly commit our time and resources to the representation of our valued clients. We strive to deliver the best value to our clients in their purchase of legal services and to help them to achieve the outcomes they want.

Our particular focus areas include international trade, public and administrative law, competition and consumer law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, technology law and general commercial law. Our business lawyers have substantial experience working on transactions throughout Europe, the US and Asia and special knowledge and experience of business and investment between Australia and China, spanning both cultures and their legal systems.

Moulis Legal was founded by our principal partner, Daniel Moulis, in 2005 on his return to Canberra from the Freehills Sydney partnership, now Herbert Smith Freehills. Since then Moulis Legal and individual lawyers within the firm have been highly ranked by respected peer review agencies Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal and Best Lawyers. Our recognitions include consistent Band 1 recognition by Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific, and as one of Australia’s top 20 law firms (Chambers & Partners, 2015).

Moulis Legal is an incorporated legal practice with offices in Canberra, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
