This week, Moulis Legal’s Senior Lawyer Ann Jovanovic speaks with Louise Ferris from McCullough Robertson about current global and national issues facing diversity.
Louise is the Director of People and Performance at McCullough Robertson. She has over 20 year experience in human resources in the legal services industry. She is responsible for managing McCullough Robertson’s People and Performance function and for the design and execution of their human resources strategy, including the firm’s diversity initiatives. In this podcast, we talk about some of those diversity initiatives, including the firm’s new ‘concierge’ program to support their lawyers. We also chat about some of the pressing issues facing the legal profession – globally and nationally – from mental health to the gender gap we see between men and women at the Bar.
