What makes Moulis Legal a great place to work?

I really enjoy working at Moulis Legal for many different reasons, but in short, it is the work, the culture and the people. I get to work front and centre on interesting and challenging matters in some of the more unknown or quirky areas of law. With a strong focus on producing high-quality work that adds value to clients, my contribution to the firm is not reduced to a number. I also really enjoy working with the people around me and have been lucky to have formed some close friendships over the years.

How is Moulis Legal different to other law firms you’ve worked at?

The biggest difference between Moulis Legal and other law firms is the focus on quality over quantity in the work product, including the emphasis on quality relationships. Lawyers are also given real autonomy so that they can work to their strengths, whilst still developing their skills with the support and backing of those around them, including by management.

What draws people to work at Moulis Legal?

For lawyers, the opportunity to have direct involvement and influence in matters, and to work with other highly experienced lawyers is very attractive. To be able to do this in the absence of metrics is even better, as this is still a novelty for the profession. Also, there are options to work flexibly with many senior staff leading by example and putting the policy into action.

How would you describe our culture?

The culture at Moulis Legal is unique and is deeply embedded in how we work as a team. Good work is recognised and appreciated, and there is genuine support for all staff in developing both their technical and non-technical skills. There is an expectation and focus on excellence in the law and in providing high-quality services to our clients, but this is not at the expense of staff wellbeing.
