With over 20 years’ experience across diverse cultural, business and NGO settings, Zarmina is chief executive officer at Moulis Legal, a progressive international and commercial law business. This follows my time as Director, Gender Norms, Investing in Women (a Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade program), where she spearheaded gender norm campaigns that aimed to advance economic empowerment outcomes.
Zarmina have previously held roles within ROTA (Qatar Foundation/ Education Above All) and GHD (transport carbon emissions and water supply projects), through which she has built important relationships with some of the world’s most renowned philanthropic and environmental organisations, including Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, FC Barcelona Foundation, and UNICEF.
Zarmina possess a Bachelor of Arts from Linfield College in Oregon and a Masters with high distinction in Public Policy from Canberra’s Australian National University. Through her work on gender and NGO emergency response, she has been an invited guest lecturer at Georgetown University and, on multiple occasions, at her alma mater, ANU.
Zarmina's interests lay in executive leadership, nonprofit organisations, international and local sustainable development initiatives, community and stakeholder engagement, project management and strategic partnerships.
