An opportunity is available to join our commercial + international firm, helping to lead Moulis Legal into our next chapter. The Marketing, Communications and Business Development Manager will continue to bring our purpose-led philosophy to life through the further development and delivery of our marketing, communications and business development (“BD”) function.

Academic qualifications in marketing, communications, business or management are highly desirable.

The role

Reporting to our Chief Executive, you will be ”hands-on” in developing and delivering the marketing function across our offices. The role is supported by a part-time marketing assistant. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the senior staff to determine marketing, communications and business development goals and objectives that support our business strategy
  • Developing strong relationships with senior legal staff and assisting them in profile and practice building activities
  • Managing branding and visual identity across firm-wide activities
  • Managing the effectiveness, quality and accuracy of our external communications and social media including our website and our participation in ranking and thought leadership publications
  • Supporting tender preparation and other competitive submissions
  • Developing and maintaining a client relationship management system
  • Developing and managing marketing collateral and merchandise
  • Managing the content of marketing, communications and BD systems and procedures
  • Developing and managing relationships with external suppliers of marketing and BD related products and services
  • Project management of marketing and BD related projects
  • Preparing timely and accurate performance reports
