In this week’s episode of the Diversity Dialogue, Moulis Legal’s senior lawyer Ann Jovanovic speaks with Abbie Wright from Aurecon about current issues surrounding diversity in the workplace.
Abbie Wright is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Aurecon. Her background in human capital, cultural change and leadership development, which she talks about in this podcast, inform her approach to diversity and inclusion of “bringing others on the journey”. Abbie sits on the Diversity Council Australia Board and is a member of the Property Council SA Division Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She leads a number of award winning diversity programs at Aurecon including the mental health programme, Mind Matters, their #Unconventional campaign, and Aurecon Pride for LGBTI inclusion.
